Sulphur Extraction

Sulphur is a resource in StarRupture used to obtain Sulphur Ore. Unlike standard ore deposits (like Titanium or Wolfram), Sulphur cannot be mined directly by the player, and the Sulphur extractor cannot be placed in the hazardous gas area from the drone.

Instead, players need to first wait for a fire wave to sweep through Arcadia-7. This wave will safely burn off the hazardous gases, temporarily clearing the Sulphur deposit and making it safe to approach during the Moon Phase.

During this safe window, the player must walk up to the deposit (or use a personal drone) and place an Extractor building. The Extractor will then begin to automatically harvest Sulphur Ore over time once connected to the power grid.
